How is the manufacturing of metal structures carried out?
When done by professionals, it is a relatively quick and uncomplicated process. Let’s discuss the main stages:
Consultation: during the meeting, the customer expresses his/her expectations, specific needs and budget. Based on this information, a design and a technical drawing for the metal structure are created.
Design approval: The developed design is discussed and agreed on with the customer. The exact budget, turnaround time, deadlines and other important details are specified. The contract for the manufacture of the structure is signed and an advance payment is made.
Manufacturing of metal structures: the planned manufacturing work is carried out in the workshop: parts, brackets and other components required for the structure are produced according to the requirements. The duration of this phase depends on the size of the order: it can take from a few days to a month or even longer.
Treatment of metal structures: the produced structures are surface-treated according to the project requirements. This may include painting, priming, hot-dip galvanising, etc. This work can take up to several weeks.
Delivery of metal structures: the order is delivered to the construction site.
